Our trainees can take full advantage of three state-of-the-art, fully equipped training and research centres located in Gdańsk, Warsaw and Katowice. Boasting a total area of over 600 m2, these training facilities can comfortably accommodate almost 100 people. All three Academy centres are provided with professional multimedia, technical and welfare facilities. At each of the training centres, we make use of fully-functioning Split, VRF, heat pump and chilled water systems. Our computer laboratories demonstrate our corporate software. Classroom training sessions are supplemented with webinars.
The Klima-Therm Academy conducts technical, product and authorisation training courses. As a result, we can offer our customers the highest quality after-sales service guaranteed by a certificate of competence of our trained service technicians.
Authorized Service Providers (ASP) constitute the bulk of our trainees. We also provide training for designers of air conditioning systems related to the selection of equipment. Moreover, we cooperate with the education sector, namely universities and secondary technical schools.
Our training courses consist of a theoretical and practical part, which allows our trainees to verify the acquired knowledge using a functioning and metered air conditioning system. We simulate device configuration errors on a case-by-case basis.
